Now that it’s September, it kind of feels like summer is over. But not just yet. There’s one more Olde Tyme Barn Dance coming up on Sept. 27 at the beautiful Historic Bell Barn in Indian Head, just 40 minutes from Regina.
The Historic Bell Barn is a unique, circular stone barn and one of Saskatchewan’s oldest agricultural buildings. It was rebuilt in 2008 to its original 1882 appearance thanks to Frank Korvermaker and the Indian Head community, and it is operated and maintained by the Bell Barn Society. On Sept. 27, Ron and Sandra Rudoski, a husband-and-wife duo from Yorkton, will entertain at the Olde Tyme Barn Dance from 8 PM to midnight. Tickets are $25 and must be purchased in advance. A cash bar will be available and a cold buffet served at 10:30 PM. Call 306-695-3456 for tickets.
Show off your “heel toe do-si-do” or just sit back and enjoy live, old time music by the Rudoskis at the last Olde Tyme Barn Dance of 2014.
